Two packets Bhindi (2 lbs) Microwave one minute One Steel Plate 1 1/2 medium onion, sliced One Steel Plate 3 Roma Tomatoes sliced One small bowl 2 heaped teaspoon COSTCO Minced Garlic One medium bowl 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder) 2 tsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder) 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder 1/2 tsp Chili powder 2 tsp Salt One small Bowl 1 tsp Amchur powder
Steps
Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). In a bowl. Add Bhindi the sliced onion, garlic, oil and spices into the bowl. Mix it all well so the okra and onions are coated with spices. Prepare a heavy-duty baking sheet by lining with foil or parchment paper. Spread out the spiced okra across the baking tray in a single layer. In a small parchment paper or foil, add the diced tomatoes and place them on the baking tray Bake for 30 minutes. Shut off Leave in oven for 15 minutes Now transfer the okra and tomatoes to a bowl. Mix them all up and add Amchur powder
