Ingredients

Take 2 and half cups Urad Dal. makes 64 Vadas Wash 6 times. Add Water above level soak Dal for 5 hours Place Dal in Colander on Sink sop Let Water Drain completely for 15 minutes to Half an hour 10 Curry Putta Leaves (cut very Small) 15 Thai Chillies (cut very Small) Half Onion (cut very Small) 6 to 7 Tablespoon Ginger Blender 3rd switch from right or Grind in Small blender in 5 batches add 1 tsp water each time Add to bowl with 10 Curry Putta Leaves (cut very Small) 15 Thai Chillies (cut very Small) Half Onion (cut very Small) 6 to 7 Tablespoon Ginger Add baking soda. Mix completely if needed Add 1 spoon Rice Flour Add 1 Spoon Salt Mix again completely. Brush the paper with oil. Keep small amount of batter on the baking paper. Brush with the oil both sides Make a big hole between the vada. Fry each batch at 360 for 13 minutes
