Ingredients
4 small green mangoes which together weighed 300 grams. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 3 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder and 1 teaspoon salt on the chopped cubes. 2 tsp mustard seeds, 3/4 tsp fenugreek powder and 3/4 tsp asafoetida (hing). 8 small chopped Garlic in small pieces add 8 to 10 curry leaves (chopped into small pieces).
Steps
Rinse 4 small (300 grams) and then dry them with a clean kitchen towel. There should be no trace of moisture on them. Chop them into small bite-sized pieces or cubes. Place in a Bowl. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 3 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder and 1 teaspoon salt on the chopped cubes. Mix them. Heat 1 Ladle cooking oil in a small kadai. Add 2 tsp mustard seeds, 3/4 tsp fenugreek powder and 3/4 tsp asafoetida (hing). Once they start crackling, Add chopped Garlic in small pieces add 8 to 10 curry leaves (chopped into small pieces). Fry for 10 seconds and then switch off the flame. Pour this hot tempering over the masala mixed mangoes. Stir everything well. The Pickle is ready and ready to eat.
