Ingredients
• Oil One small bowl • Mustard seeds - 1 table Spoon • Cumin seeds - 1 table Spoon • Salt - 2 tsp One medium bowl • Red chili powder - 1 tsp • 1 tsp minced Garlic - I head, • Hing/ asafoetida - few pinches(optional) • Tomatoes - 2 cans
Steps
saute Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds Add Salt - 2 tsp Add 2 can tomatoes mix well Cancel Pressure cook High 25 mins. quick release after 10 mins in warm mode. Saute let the water evaporate completely • It will take 30 to 40 mins keep stirring occasionally to prevent burning at the bottom. • When the water is almost gone and oil starts leaving to the sides, add Red chili powder - 1 tsp 1 tsp minced Garlic and Hing. 1 tsp Mix well.saute for 2 mins • Also add more oil if desired.( if added saute for 2 to 3 mins). • Turn off, let it completely cool and transfer to air tight container.
