One large Bowl 2(3) Cups Rice Washed Mixed Vegetables, 32 oz/1 lb One Medium small bowl 2(3) Bay leaves 3 (4)sticks Dalcheeni - Dalchini - Cinnamon 2(3) Cardomoms One Medium small bowl 2 (3) tsp Cumin seeds One medium bowl 2(3) medium Jalapenos (coarsely diced) One medium bowl 1/4 (1/2) tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp (1)Chilli powder One Small Bowl 1 (1 1/2) tsp Kitchen King Masala One small Bowl 1 1/2 tsp (2) Salt 1 (1 1/2) tsp ginger-garlic paste 4 Tbsp oil
Steps
Heat oil and fry Cummin seeds, Bay leafs, Cardamon Dalcheeni - Dalchini - Cinnamon Add jalapenos and fry well Add veggies, 1(1 1/2) tsp ginger-garlic paste and fry well for 4-5 minutes Add Rice and fry to mix well Add chilli powder, turmeric and fry some more Add 1 (1 1/2) tsp Kitchen King Masala Add 2 1/2 (3 to 3.5) cups water, Add 1 1/2 (2) tsp salt to water Press CANCEL, then Pressure Cook on HIGH for 6 minutes, with delayed Start of 30 minutes let release naturally
