One small Bowl 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds one onion, diced 1 tablespoon minced garlic One Small Bowl 2 teaspoons Salt One small Bowl 1 teaspoon Turmeric 3 tbl spoon/half can red curry paste 16 oz frozen cauliflower, cut into florets 1 cup Masoor Dal (red lentils) 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes 1 can coconut milk 1 cup water
Steps
Saute add mustard Seeds Add Masoor Dal (red lentils) one large onion, diced 1 tbl spoon minced garlic 3 tbl spoon/half can red curry paste 2 teaspoons salt 16 oz frozen cauliflower, cut into florets 1 teaspoon turmeric (optional) 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes 1 can coconut milk 1 cup water Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Immediately release the pressure .
