Two packets Bhindi (2 lbs) Microwave one minute do this two hours before One tomato Can One Steel Plate 1.5 large onion (chopped) One small bowl 1 heaped teaspoon COSTCO Minced Garlic One small bowl 2 tsp Salt One small bowl 2 tsp cumin seeds, one medium bowl 1/2 tsp Haldi powder 2 tsp Dhaniya powder/Coriander powder 1 tsp Chili powder 2 tsp Dry Amchur 1/4 can water
Steps
Heat the instant pot in saute mode and add oil to it. Add 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 heaped teaspoon COSTCO Minced Garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add sliced onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add spices except SALT Add one can tomato Add Frozen okra. Add 1/4 can water Wait until frozen okra separates. Add Salt Hit cancel Pressure cook mode for 3 minutes at High pressure. When the instant pot beeps, quick pressure release. Stir the okra gently. Place in Saute mode 6 mins .
