Steps
SAUTE 1 ladle oil Fry 2 tsp Jeera/cumin seeds, then saute chopped red onions for

~10 minutes (should turn a dark pink) Add 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp (1 1/2 tsp) chilli, 1 tsp (1 1/2 tsp) cumin, 3 tsp (4 tsp) salt and fry some more Add 2 cans (3 Cans ) Costco diced tomatoes, and fry Then add 2 cups (3 Cups) washed Green Moong, Add 6 cups (8 Cups )
