Instant Pot 1 cup water + 12 medium white potatoes on trivet, HI pressure for 10 min, NPR 1 large onion - chopped 4 Simla Mirch, cut into small pieces to cook better 2 jalapenos, chopped Take Large Pan Heat 1 ladle oil Fry: 1/8 tsp (pinch) of hing 2 tsp cumin seeds - fry 1 min jalapenos, onions - fry for 5 minutes 2 Tbsp ginger Garlic Paste simla mirch - fry another 2-3 minutes Add and fry for 1-2 minutes: 2 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp haldi 2 tsp salt 1 tsp dhania powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Add potatoes and mix well Add 1 can tomatoes and mix well and fry 5 minutes Shut off heat and add 2 Tbsp lemon juice and mix gently Add 1 tsp salt to Taste
