2 Safeway Tofu - each pressed and diced 3 x 4 x 5 1 large onion - minced 2 tsp cumin seeds 2 Tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp salt 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala 2-3 Tbsp lemon juice concentrate 4 tightly packed cups (1cup ~= very large handful) Costco spinach, minced fine twice
Steps
Heat 2 ladles oil and fry cumin seeds - HI Add onion and fry - MED-HI Add ginger garlic paste and fry well - MED-HI Add diced tofu and fry well - MED Add salt, turmeric and mix well - MED Add cumin, garam masala and mix well - MED-LO Add spinach and mix well - MED-LO Add lemon juice and mix well Shut off heat and let it rest covered for 10-15 minutes,
