Ingredients
15 oz part skim Ricotta cheese (thawed for ~ 10 min) 1/4 cup granulated (or 6 packets) of Splenda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 pint (2 - 2.5 cups) fat-free half-and-half 2 tbsp Everest milk masala 1/4 cup granulated (or 6 packets) of Splenda 4 cardamon cloves (crushed), 10-12 almonds - chopped (OR 1/4 cup sliced almonds) - for garnishing.
