Ingredients
2 lbs Bok Choy (2 Lee Lee packets ~ .9 lbs each)
chop off leaves, cutting into two if needed, and place in large steel bowl
chop and separate bulbs into smaller pieces (after cutting off the base), and place into another steel bowl filled 1/2 with water
rinse the chopped bulbs twice, lifting bulbs onto plate, then draining and refilling water
2 Tbsp oil 1 heaped Tbsp Costco minced garlic 1 tsp crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp ginger paste 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Steps
Heat oil and fry garlic Add crushed red pepper and fry 1 min more Add chopped bulb parts mix well Add ginger paste, soy sauce and mix well Close lid and steam for 3 min, stirring often Add leaves and stir well for 1-2 minutes Close lid and steam for 5 min, stirring often Let sit for 5 min
