3 pkts firm tofu 3/4 large onion 3-4 medium Roma tomatoes 3/4 cup frozen peas 2 colored bell peppers 13 Thai green chillis, chopped 4 - 5 tbsp chopped ginger 1 tsp (3 - 4 large cloves) chopped garlic 2 tsp jeera Chopped cilantro 1tsp rock salt + 1.5 tsp salt 3/4 tsp haldi 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1 tsp dhania powder 1/2 tsp curry powder 1 full (not heaped) tsp paav bhaji masala 1 tsp aamchur 1/4 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp kalonji 1.5 tbsp ketchup
Steps
One large ladle oil. After oil is hot, add jeera + 1/8 tsp hing Chopped green chilli + chopped ginger + chopped garlic (if raw) Add chopped onion. After pinkish-brown, add bell pepper. After frying for a few minutes, add haldi, dhania powder, curry powder. After frying for a few minutes, add aamchur, pepper, garlic(if not raw), jeera powder, pav bhaji masala Peas Kalonji Chopped tomatoes. Salt + rock salt Cook till you have a mushy mixture Tofu Cilantro Ketchup
