4 tsp dhania powder 1 tsp saunf 1 tsp MDH Chunky chaat masala 1/2 tsp garam masala 3/4 tsp jeera powder 1 heaped tsp Kasuri methi, dry roasted 2 flat tsp Deghi Mirch -

Steps
Fry diced tofu in fake butter and keep aside On medium flame, heat 1 ladle oil and fry jeera seeds and hing Add onion and fry until golden brown Add haldi 2 minutes later add 1/2 cup water and continue to fry the onion Add tomato puree and 2 tsp salt Keep stirring and close lid until it becomes like halwa Add dry masalas and fry 3 minutes more, stirring constantly Add peas and continue to fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly Add 1/2 cup water, close lid and fry for 4 minutes on MED-LO Open lid and add 3 cups water, stir Add fried tofu and jeera and garam masala Close lid and simmer on MED-LO for 7 minutes Add kasuri methi, stir and switch off Separate pan on LO flame, heat 1 Tbsp oil and Deghi mirch Pour over mixture
