Ingredients
1 large mango, chopped into pieces 6 Small to medium Thai chillis Few small round red chillis 1.5 tsp salt I packet Splenda 1.5 tsp mustard seeds 1.5 tbsp peanuts 1 tbsp urad dal 1 tbsp channa dal 1 tsp jeera 3 strands curry leaves
Steps
Grind together chopped mango, chillis, 1 tsp salt To 3 tsp oil, add mustard seeds, after spluttering add jeera, and peanuts, urad dal and channa dal. Roast for a while before adding red chillis and curry leaves Once dals and peanuts have browned, stir and add mango mixture. Cook for 15 minutes on Low. Before switching off, add 1/2 tsp salt and Splenda Mix with desired amount of rice
