Two 32 oz cauliflower I large onion chopped 2 Roma tomatoes chopped 1 tsp mustard 1.5 tsp jeera 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste I full tsp ginger paste 1 small plastic spoon chopped garlic Add haldi and ginger-garlic pastes halfway through frying onions Add cauliflower 2 tsp salt 1 flat tsp red chili powder 2 flat tsp dhania powder 1 flat tsp jeera powder 1 flat tsp aamchur or chaat masala 1 flat tsp curry masala After cauliflower is half cooked, add chopped tomatoes When well done, add 1/2 tsp garam masala, stir and switch off
