2 pkts ( out of 4 pkts) of Costco broccoli florets 1.5 tsp jeera 1/4 tsp hing 1 large onion 2-3 tbsps chopped ginger 4-5 large garlic pods, chopped 1 Serrano pepper, chopped fine 1-2 Roma tomatos, chopped 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp deggi mirch 1 tsp aamchur 1 tsp bhania powder 1/2 tsp garam masala
Steps
To hot oil, add jeera followed by hing Stir for a minute, then add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli After a couple of minutes, add chopped onions. Fry until pale pink/brown before adding haldi and deggi mirch powders Stir till well-fried, then add remaining masalas, After well-mixed, add broccoli florets. Once florets are half-cooked, add chopped tomatos Continue to stir until florets are well-cooked. Sprinkle garam masala
