4 cup moong dal soaked for 8 hours 3.5 tsp salt 3.5 tsp Chunky chaat masala 3.5 tsp salt 3 tsp jeera powder 30 Thai chillis, chopped Lots of ginger, chopped fine 12 sprigs curry leaves, chopped 1/4-1/2 bunch cilantro chopped 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 large zucchini, grated 375 degrees, first side, add a drop of oil in each muffin hole, after wiping all holes with oil the first use. Each side 20 minutes Alternate method : 3 large potatos + 2 zucchini Add 1 tsp baking soda, five minutes before start 375-400 degrees each side; 20 minutes each side
