Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's Instant Pot Paneer Capsicum masala

Ingredients
- One medium Bowl
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Red chili powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- One Small Bowl
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- one Plate
- One medium onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 8 oz Paneer Cubed
- 1 medium sized Bell Pepper (capsicum) Cubed
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup water or as needed
- Cilantro to garnish
Method:
- saute mode
- Add cumin seeds
- Add onions and fry well for 2 mins.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for another 2 mins
- Now add tomatoes and fry for a minute or two.
- Now add all the spices mentioned above and mix well.
- Cancel
- Add water, paneer and bell pepper. Mix well
- Put the lid and vent to sealing position. Do manual high 2 mins
- Do Quick release after 2 mins in warm mode.
- Garnish with Cilantro if desired.
