Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's Instant Pot Paneer Capsicum masala

Ingredients

  1. One medium Bowl
  2. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  4. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  5. Red chili powder to taste
  6. Salt to taste

  7. One Small Bowl
  8. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  9. one Plate
  10. One medium onion chopped

  11. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste

  12. 2 Tomatoes chopped

  13. 8 oz Paneer Cubed

  14. 1 medium sized Bell Pepper (capsicum) Cubed
  15. 2 tbsp Oil

  16. 1/2 cup water or as needed

  17. Cilantro to garnish

Method:

  1. saute mode
  2. Add cumin seeds
  3. Add onions and fry well for 2 mins.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for another 2 mins
  5. Now add tomatoes and fry for a minute or two.
  6. Now add all the spices mentioned above and mix well.
  7. Cancel



  8. Add water, paneer and bell pepper. Mix well
  9. Put the lid and vent to sealing position. Do manual high 2 mins
  10. Do Quick release after 2 mins in warm mode.
  11. Garnish with Cilantro if desired.
