Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's Instant Pot Mutter Paneer
Ingredients
- Hand Blender
- Take Two Paneer packets
- Cut open flap
- Drain water
- Place between two Plates
- with Coke bottle on top
- One large , one medium Onion -Chopped
- Dhania Patta cleaned and chopped 1 cup
- Dhania Patta stems chopped
- One medium bowl
- 15 unsalted cashews
- soak for 30 minutes
- One Large Steel Bowl
- 1.5 tsp jeera seeds
- 4 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Dalchini (Cinnamon) stick
- Dhania Patta stems chopped
- One Medium Bowl
- 1/2 tsp turmeric,
- 1 flat tsp Deggi mirch
- 1 tsp aamchoor
- 2 tbsp dhania powder
- 2 tsp Shahi Paneer masala,
- 2 tsp salt
- One medium Bowl
- 1 Serrano or 2 Thai chillis
- One Small Bowl
- Cilantro cleaned , chopped
- Frozen Peas Green - 2/3rd 16 Oz
- 2 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 7 big stainless steel spoon scoops yogurt from rice spoons
Method:
- Press and dice 2 packets tofu,
- soak 15 unsalted cashews for 30 minutes
- Take Tofu
- Cut into Cubes
- Take Frying Pan
- Add very little Oil
- Fry cubed Tofu
- for six minutes
- Stirring often
- Heat 1/2 ladle oil
- and fry
- 1.5 tsp jeera seeds
- 4 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Dalchini (Cinnamon) stick
- Dhania Patta stems chopped
- Then add and fry
- 1 Serrano or 2 Thai chillis
- Add chopped onions,
- and fry 12 minutes
- When Onions almost done,
- Add 1 tsp ginger and
- 1 tsp garlic pastes
- OR 1 and 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Add
- 1/2 tsp turmeric,
- 1 flat tsp Deggi mirch
- 1 tsp aamchoor
- 2 tbsp dhania powder
- 2 tsp Shahi Paneer masala,
- 2 tsp salt
- Add
- 2 14 oz can diced tomatoes +
- 1 cup water to wash out can +
- soaked cashews
- Mix well
- and pressure cook on HI for 8 min,
- then immediately release pressure
- Remove bay leaves,
- then using hand mixer,
- puree the contents
- Add
- 7 big stainless steel spoon scoops yogurt from rice spoons
- Frozen Peas Green - 2/3rd 16 Oz
- Diced Paneer
- and mix gently but well
- Pressure cook on LO for 5 min,
- then
- immediately release pressure
- Add Cilantro chopped
