Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's Instant Pot Mutter Paneer

Ingredients

  1. Hand Blender

  2. Take Two Paneer packets
  3. Cut open flap
  4. Drain water
  5. Place between two Plates
  6. with Coke bottle on top

  7. One large , one medium Onion -Chopped
  8. Dhania Patta cleaned and chopped 1 cup
  9. Dhania Patta stems chopped

  10. One medium bowl
  11. 15 unsalted cashews
  12. soak for 30 minutes

  13. One Large Steel Bowl
  14. 1.5 tsp jeera seeds
  15. 4 cloves
  16. 2 bay leaves
  17. 1 Dalchini (Cinnamon) stick
  18. Dhania Patta stems chopped

  19. One Medium Bowl
  20. 1/2 tsp turmeric,
  21. 1 flat tsp Deggi mirch
  22. 1 tsp aamchoor
  23. 2 tbsp dhania powder
  24. 2 tsp Shahi Paneer masala,
  25. 2 tsp salt

  26. One medium Bowl
  27. 1 Serrano or 2 Thai chillis

  28. One Small Bowl
  29. Cilantro cleaned , chopped

  30. Frozen Peas Green - 2/3rd 16 Oz

  31. 2 14 oz can diced tomatoes

  32. 7 big stainless steel spoon scoops yogurt from rice spoons

Method:

  1. Press and dice 2 packets tofu,
  2. soak 15 unsalted cashews for 30 minutes

  3. Take Tofu
  4. Cut into Cubes

  5. Take Frying Pan
  6. Add very little Oil
  7. Fry cubed Tofu
  8. for six minutes
  9. Stirring often

  10. Heat 1/2 ladle oil
  11. and fry
  12. 1.5 tsp jeera seeds
  13. 4 cloves
  14. 2 bay leaves
  15. 1 Dalchini (Cinnamon) stick
  16. Dhania Patta stems chopped

  17. Then add and fry

  18. 1 Serrano or 2 Thai chillis

  19. Add chopped onions,
  20. and fry 12 minutes

  21. When Onions almost done,
  22. Add 1 tsp ginger and
  23. 1 tsp garlic pastes
  24. OR 1 and 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  25. Add
  26. 1/2 tsp turmeric,
  27. 1 flat tsp Deggi mirch
  28. 1 tsp aamchoor
  29. 2 tbsp dhania powder
  30. 2 tsp Shahi Paneer masala,
  31. 2 tsp salt

  32. Add
  33. 2 14 oz can diced tomatoes +
  34. 1 cup water to wash out can +
  35. soaked cashews

  36. Mix well
  37. and pressure cook on HI for 8 min,
  38. then immediately release pressure

  39. Remove bay leaves,
  40. then using hand mixer,
  41. puree the contents

  42. Add
  43. 7 big stainless steel spoon scoops yogurt from rice spoons
  44. Frozen Peas Green - 2/3rd 16 Oz
  45. Diced Paneer
  46. and mix gently but well

  47. Pressure cook on LO for 5 min,
  48. then
  49. immediately release pressure

  50. Add Cilantro chopped
