Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's Instant Pot Cauliflower Masoor Dal Curry

Ingredients

  1. One small Bowl
  2. 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  3. one onion, diced
  4. 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  5. One Small Bowl
  6. 2 teaspoons Salt

  7. One small Bowl
  8. 1 teaspoon Turmeric

  9. 3 tbl spoon/half can red curry paste

  10. 16 oz frozen cauliflower, cut into florets

  11. 1 cup Masoor Dal (red lentils)

  12. 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
  13. 1 can coconut milk
  14. 1 cup water

Method:

  1. Saute
  2. add mustard Seeds
  3. Add Masoor Dal (red lentils)

  4. one large onion, diced
  5. 1 tbl spoon minced garlic

  6. 3 tbl spoon/half can red curry paste
  7. 2 teaspoons salt

  8. 16 oz frozen cauliflower, cut into florets

  9. 1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
  10. 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
  11. 1 can coconut milk
  12. 1 cup water



  13. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  14. Immediately release the pressure .
