Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's Instant Pot Cauliflower Masoor Dal Curry
Ingredients
- One small Bowl
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- one onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- One Small Bowl
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- One small Bowl
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 3 tbl spoon/half can red curry paste
- 16 oz frozen cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup Masoor Dal (red lentils)
- 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
Method:
- Saute
- add mustard Seeds
- Add Masoor Dal (red lentils)
- one large onion, diced
- 1 tbl spoon minced garlic
- 3 tbl spoon/half can red curry paste
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 16 oz frozen cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
- 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Immediately release the pressure .
