Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's INSTANT POT ALOO GOBI MUTTAR SUKHA

Ingredients

  1. 2x1 pound Frozen Cauliflower
  2. 1 pkt Frozen Peas defrost
  3. 1 Russet potatoes - peeled and cut - 200g

  4. 1/4 cup oil - 50ml



  5. One medium Bowl
  6. 1 tsp. Cumin seeds
  7. 1 tsp. Black pepper Powder
  8. 1 tsp. Red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp. Turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
  11. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  12. 1/2 tsp. Garam masala

  13. One small Bowl
  14. 2 1/2 tsp salt

  15. One small Bowl
  16. Finely chopped coriander leaves

  17. One medium Bowl
  18. 3 Cloves
  19. 1/2" Cinnamon (dalchini)
  20. 1 Bay leaf

  21. One medium Bowl
  22. 1 Jalapeno slit

  23. 1 tin tomato diced

Method:

  1. Select saute mode on Instant pot panel.
  2. Heat oil in the inner pot, add all the whole spices.
  3. Once they crackle add green chillies.
  4. Then add tomato puree and cook for a minute or so.
  5. Add spice powders and cook
  6. Add salt.
  7. Now add cauliflower and potatoes, mix well.
  8. add frozen peas

  9. Cancel
  10. PRESSURE COOK High 3 minutes (original 4)
  11. Quick-release the pressure.

  12. Turn Saute mode on for 10 minutes
  13. Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander.
  14. Serve hot.
