Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's INSTANT POT ALOO GOBI MUTTAR SUKHA
Ingredients
- 2x1 pound Frozen Cauliflower
- 1 pkt Frozen Peas defrost
- 1 Russet potatoes - peeled and cut - 200g
- 1/4 cup oil - 50ml
- One medium Bowl
- 1 tsp. Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. Black pepper Powder
- 1 tsp. Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garam masala
- One small Bowl
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- One small Bowl
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- One medium Bowl
- 3 Cloves
- 1/2" Cinnamon (dalchini)
- 1 Bay leaf
- One medium Bowl
- 1 Jalapeno slit
- 1 tin tomato diced
Method:
- Select saute mode on Instant pot panel.
- Heat oil in the inner pot, add all the whole spices.
- Once they crackle add green chillies.
- Then add tomato puree and cook for a minute or so.
- Add spice powders and cook
- Add salt.
- Now add cauliflower and potatoes, mix well.
- add frozen peas
- Cancel
- PRESSURE COOK High 3 minutes (original 4)
- Quick-release the pressure.
- Turn Saute mode on for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander.
- Serve hot.
