Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's Dosa Idli Podi
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oil,
- One Large Bowl
- 8 Tbsp Urad dal,
- 2 Tbsp Toor dal,
- 2 Tbsp Chana dal,
- One Large Bowl
- 6 dried red chilies,
- 6 long sprigs curry leaves,
- 8 Pepper Corns N
- One Small Bowl
- 2 tsp Jeera seeds,
- 1 tsp Hing
- 2 tsp salt
Method:
- Take Large Pan
- 1 Tbsp oil
- Add
- 6 dried red chilies,
- 6 long sprigs curry leaves,
- Add
- 2 tsp Jeera seeds,
- 2 tsp salt
- Add
- 8 Tbsp Urad dal,
- 2 Tbsp Toor dal,
- 2 Tbsp Chana dal,
- Fry for 6 minutes while stirring
- Switch off
- Wait till cools (10 minutes)
- Grind in Blentec
- (1 Tbsp oil, 4 Tbsp Urad dal, 1 Tbsp Toor dal, 1 Tbsp Chana dal, 3 dried red chilies, 3 long sprigs curry leaves, 1 tsp jeera seeds, 1 tsp salt )
