Geethu's Kitchen - Unni's Dosa Idli Podi

Ingredients

  1. 1 Tbsp oil,

  2. One Large Bowl
  3. 8 Tbsp Urad dal,
  4. 2 Tbsp Toor dal,
  5. 2 Tbsp Chana dal,

  6. One Large Bowl
  7. 6 dried red chilies,
  8. 6 long sprigs curry leaves,
  9. 8 Pepper Corns N

  10. One Small Bowl
  11. 2 tsp Jeera seeds,
  12. 1 tsp Hing
  13. 2 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Take Large Pan
  2. 1 Tbsp oil

  3. Add
  4. 6 dried red chilies,
  5. 6 long sprigs curry leaves,

  6. Add
  7. 2 tsp Jeera seeds,
  8. 2 tsp salt

  9. Add
  10. 8 Tbsp Urad dal,
  11. 2 Tbsp Toor dal,
  12. 2 Tbsp Chana dal,

  13. Fry for 6 minutes while stirring

  14. Switch off

  15. Wait till cools (10 minutes)

  16. Grind in Blentec

  17. (1 Tbsp oil, 4 Tbsp Urad dal, 1 Tbsp Toor dal, 1 Tbsp Chana dal, 3 dried red chilies, 3 long sprigs curry leaves, 1 tsp jeera seeds, 1 tsp salt )
