Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Vatana Salad

Ingredients

  1. 2.5 cups yellow vatana soaked for 6-8 hours,
  2. 1 stick cinnamon, 2 bay leaves, 1 tsp saunf in 3-4 Tbsp oil,
  3. 2-3 Tbsp of chopped ginger until brown ~ 2 min, add 4 chopped roma tomatoes til it gets soft, add 1.5 tsp salt, .5 tsp haldi, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp amchur, 1 tsp cumin powder and fry for 5 min,
  4. add strained strained vatana and stir for another 5 min, add 5.5 cups water and pressure cook, LO and cook for 23 - depressure naturally, add 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro, 2 Tbsp of lemon conc.
