Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Tofu bhujia
Ingredients
- 2 pkts firm tofu (3 pkts)
- 1 medium onion (1 large)
- 2 medium Roma tomatoes (3 medium)
- 3/4 cup frozen peas (1 cup)
- I.5 large red bell pepper (2 colored)
- 8 medium size thai green chillis (10)
- 2 - 3 tbsp chopped ginger (4-5 tbsp)
- 1 tsp chopped garlic (1 full tsp)
- 1.5 tsp jeera (2 tsp)
- Chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp rock salt + 1 tsp salt (1tsp rock salt + 1.5 tsp salt)
- 1/2 tsp haldi (3/4 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder (3/4 tsp)
- 3/4 tsp dhania powder (1 tsp)
- 1 full tsp paav bhaji masala (1 full tsp + 1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp aamchur (1 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder (3/4 tsp)
- 1 tsp kalonji (1.5 tsp)
- I tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp ketchup (1.5 tbsp)
Method:
- One large ladle oil. After oil is hot, add jeera + 1/8 tsp hing
- Chopped green chilli + chopped ginger
- Add chopped onion. After pinkish-brown, add haldi, dhania powder, garlic and chopped bell pepper
