Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Sago
Ingredients
- 4 cups sago, soaked overnight, with 2 cups water initially. Add more as sago gets dry, until sago is well swollen and transparent
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced long
- 2.5 cups roasted and chopped fine peanuts
- 15 - 20 Thai green chillies, chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5 tsp salt plus sprinkling of 1/2 tsp salt on potatoes while frying
- 2-3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1.5 tsp jeera
- Oil, jeera, green chillis, potatoes + 1/2 tsp salt, till brown and well-fried, sago, peanuts, salt, cilantro, lemon juice
