Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Sago

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups sago, soaked overnight, with 2 cups water initially. Add more as sago gets dry, until sago is well swollen and transparent
  2. 4 medium potatoes, sliced long
  3. 2.5 cups roasted and chopped fine peanuts
  4. 15 - 20 Thai green chillies, chopped
  5. 3 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1.5 tsp salt plus sprinkling of 1/2 tsp salt on potatoes while frying
  7. 2-3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  8. 1.5 tsp jeera

  9. Oil, jeera, green chillis, potatoes + 1/2 tsp salt, till brown and well-fried, sago, peanuts, salt, cilantro, lemon juice
