Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Poha
Ingredients
- 7 cups thick poha
- 7 strands curry leaves
- 4 Tbsp chopped ginger (Lots)
- 13 thai chilies
- 6 small potatoes, chopped (not too fine)
- 3 shallots
- 1/2 10 oz packet of frozen peas
- 2 tomatoes, chopped fine
- 5 Tbsp lemon juice
- cilantro
Method:
- Add in order: curry leaves, ginger + chilies, potatoes
- Fry until potatoes are partially cooked
- Add onions, peas and fry some more until potatoes are soft
- Add soaked and strained poha and mix
- Add tomatoes and stir until they disappear
- Switch off flame and add lemon juice
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro
