Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Onion Chutney
Ingredients
- 2 large red onions (1 extra large)
- 2 flat wooden tsp salt
- 1 wooden tsp chilli powder
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1.5 inch ginger
- 4 thai green chillies
- 1 tsp heaped tamarind paste
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1 tsp heaped mustard seeds
- 2 red chilies broken in half
- Pinch of hing
- 3-4 strands curry leaves
Method:
- Blend in Blentec
- Do Tadka and add to chutney
