Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Onion Chutney

Ingredients

  1. 2 large red onions (1 extra large)
  2. 2 flat wooden tsp salt
  3. 1 wooden tsp chilli powder
  4. 1 Jalapeno
  5. 1.5 inch ginger
  6. 4 thai green chillies
  7. 1 tsp heaped tamarind paste
  8. 3 roma tomatoes

  9. 1 tsp heaped mustard seeds
  10. 2 red chilies broken in half
  11. Pinch of hing
  12. 3-4 strands curry leaves

Method:

  1. Blend in Blentec
  2. Do Tadka and add to chutney
