Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Cauliflower subzi

Ingredients

  1. Two 32 oz cauliflower
  2. I large onion chopped
  3. 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 tsp mustard
  5. 1.5 tsp jeera
  6. 1/2 tsp haldi
  7. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  8. I full tsp ginger paste
  9. 1 small plastic spoon chopped garlic
  10. Add haldi and ginger-garlic pastes halfway through frying onions
  11. Add cauliflower
  12. 2 tsp salt
  13. 1 flat tsp red chili powder
  14. 2 flat tsp dhania powder
  15. 1 flat tsp jeera powder
  16. 1 flat tsp aamchur or chaat masala
  17. 1 flat tsp curry masala
  18. After cauliflower is half cooked, add chopped tomatoes
  19. When well done, add 1/2 tsp garam masala, stir and switch off
