Geethu's Kitchen - Geethu's Cauliflower subzi
Ingredients
- Two 32 oz cauliflower
- I large onion chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1.5 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- I full tsp ginger paste
- 1 small plastic spoon chopped garlic
- Add haldi and ginger-garlic pastes halfway through frying onions
- Add cauliflower
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 flat tsp red chili powder
- 2 flat tsp dhania powder
- 1 flat tsp jeera powder
- 1 flat tsp aamchur or chaat masala
- 1 flat tsp curry masala
- After cauliflower is half cooked, add chopped tomatoes
- When well done, add 1/2 tsp garam masala, stir and switch off
